    After years (and lots of wasred money) searching for Goggles that fit me properly I finally found the perfect pair here. Excellent service and a wide range of products to choose from.

    Sarah, we are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience in our shop, as we explained at the time and in response to your review on Facebook, when we have a product back with a fault we have not seen before the manufacturer likes to take it to the lab to see how the material has failed so they can learn from it. I am sorry if you were offended by this procedure but most people are more than happy to allow us to send the product back. As a swim specialist we stock a range of styles and prices, while we do have jammers in the higher price bracket we also have a wide range in the £12 - £15 bracket which is what most club swimmers buy. When choosing swimwear it is important to get the right fabric for the your usage. Chlorine resistant fabrics such as Speedo Endurance Plus last 40 times longer than lycra and is the fabric of choice for frequent swimmers. Lycra has more stretch and therefore a more comfortable fit but has a much reduced life. There are different qualities of Lycra, from a swimwear manufacturer you can expect 15 to 18 pool hours, a £5.99 pair from sports direct will last even less

    I received appalling service at the shop this morning when I returned a faulty product. The lady in the shop refused to give me a refund for some faulty swimming shorts, bought just over one week ago and worn once. The fabric down the back seam has thinned away, almost split approx 5" long by 1/2cm wide. She offered to take a note of my name and address and send the faulty product back to her supplier to see if they would accept responsibility as she cleary wouldn't! She even suggested that I had snagged them. I was not prepared to leave the shop with no product or refund and wait untill I hear if she will or won't do anything about it. I had no choice but to leave with a replacement pair and pay the difference for what seem like better quality. Prepared to take responsibility when taking more money from the customer but not when having to give it back!, isn't that called double standards? She did say she hasn't seen a fualt like it before so I can only guess she has had no previous experience in dealing with customers other than when taking their money from them. I just hope I won't be needing to return the replacement pair otherwise I won't be stepping foot in your shop again!! SOS- Shocking Outragious Service!
